 We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that have been modified, printed or customised unless they have been deemed faulty.

EXCHANGES

Any item/s purchased that you wish to return can be exchanged for another product or store credit only if the product & all of its packaging & tags are intact, undamaged, unworn/modified & re-sellable. Any such exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee & the number of items you may return from any one order is limited to the greater of either 5 items or 5% of the total order quantity.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be given for faulty products. All faulty products must be assessed via our returns department. Contact us for more details.

Although we are a certified AS Colour distributor, we are not permitted to sell unbranded or “blank” AS Colour products. If you order an unbranded AS Colour product, we will brand your item with a small (100mm wide or smaller) logo. Sorry, no exceptions. As your item will arrive with custom printing, there are no exchanges or refunds.
