Important Notes About Your Order

  1. Items are custom printed for each order. Therefore there are NO returns or exchanges if your item does not fit or you change your mind.
  2. Our products are managed from an external warehouse, which means your products may take up to 10 days for our Sydney warehouse to receive your item(s) before we can dispatch your order.
  3. Any item that requires printing may take an extra 1-2 days before being dispatched. However, we will do our best to minimise any dispatch delays.
  4. If you have any questions about the ordering process or returns, please contact us.
  5. Any faulty items will need to be assessed by our returns department. Please get in touch if you believe you have a faulty product.
