The ALPHA Gear SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) Ladder gives you complete control of your training drills. The TWIN packs gives you 2 x 2 metre long agility ladders that can be connected together using the velcro straps on each end of the ladders.
The reason this is ideal for anyone serious about developing SAQ is you can perform a number of exercises with this TWIN Pack.
You can use this pack in many drills by splitting them up or having as one complete run of 4 metres.
